We use information to operate the marketplace, connect customers with agencies, process and track bookings, verify payment evidence, send service messages, prevent misuse, moderate content, provide support and improve MakBookings.

Booking information is shared with the selected travel agency so it can provide the requested service. We may also use carefully selected hosting, email, storage, analytics and security providers that process information only to support our operations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, investigate fraud or enforce our terms. We do not sell personal information.

MakBookings may store payment method details, amounts and uploaded payment proof for verification and recordkeeping. Do not upload card PINs, passwords, one-time codes or unrelated financial information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. We use access controls, private storage and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support. Some booking, payment and financial records may need to be retained for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

MakBookings is not intended for children to use independently. A parent or guardian should submit information for minors included in a booking. Service providers may process information in locations outside your city or country where appropriate safeguards apply.
