MakBookings is a comparison and booking marketplace. Travel packages, visa assistance and holiday services are offered and fulfilled by independent travel agencies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the agency shown on a listing is responsible for service delivery, pricing, documents, schedules and customer support relating to that service.

You must provide accurate contact, traveler, passport and booking information; review package details before confirming; meet document and eligibility requirements; and keep your booking reference secure. You may not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, upload harmful content or attempt unauthorized access.

Prices, seats, hotel availability, flight schedules, processing times and exchange-rate effects may change before an agency confirms a booking. A submitted request is not a guaranteed reservation until the agency verifies payment and marks the booking confirmed.

Visa approval, immigration clearance and entry decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. Neither MakBookings nor an agency can guarantee approval. Travelers are responsible for valid passports, permits, health requirements, insurance and compliance with destination rules.

Follow only the payment instructions shown for the selected agency and verify account details before transferring funds. Payment proof must be genuine and match the booking amount. Fraudulent, altered or unrelated evidence may result in cancellation, account restriction and referral to the appropriate authorities.

Refund eligibility depends on the selected service, agency terms, airline or hotel rules, government fees and work already performed. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Reviews must be based on genuine bookings and must not contain threats, unlawful material, private information or knowingly false claims. MakBookings may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

We work to keep MakBookings accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every agency statement is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, MakBookings is not liable for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control, including government decisions, airline changes, weather or supplier failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Contact support before booking if any condition is unclear.
