Refund Policy

MakBookings connects customers with independent travel agencies. The agency that accepted the booking is normally responsible for assessing and paying any refund. Contact the agency promptly using your booking reference and keep records of messages and receipts.

Eligibility depends on the package terms, cancellation timing, supplier rules and whether processing has started. Visa and government fees, airline or hotel penalties, administrative work and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted or non-refundable. A visa refusal does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If valid payment cannot be verified or an agency cannot accept a booking, the agency should explain the next steps. Any return of funds must be made through an appropriate traceable method after the payment source is verified.

Confirmed travel arrangements may be subject to cancellation charges from airlines, hotels, transport providers, embassies and other suppliers. The agency should provide the applicable calculation and expected processing period.

First contact the agency and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond. If the matter remains unresolved, contact MakBookings with your booking reference, payment receipt, agency correspondence and the outcome you are seeking. We may facilitate communication and review platform records, but we cannot override lawful supplier rules or guarantee a particular result.

Contact support before initiating a payment reversal where possible. False disputes, forged payment proof or duplicate recovery attempts may lead to account restrictions and further action.

Approved refund timing varies by agency, bank and payment method. Ask the agency for a written estimate and confirmation when the refund is issued.
